Tracy’s experience in Australia and South Africa is predominately in occupational rehabilitation, medico-legal and claims assessment. Tracy’s experience both in parenting and in management has taught her about the complexities of parenting, leading and recruiting, as well as, the importance of purpose and living ones values to provide a platform to excel.
